Wallance

Terms of use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to the Wallance app and this website, operated by Filenk Tech (“we”). By using Wallance you agree to them, together with the privacy policy. Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps also applies.

1. What Wallance is

Wallance is a tool for recording and reviewing your own finances. It does not connect to banks, move money, give financial, tax or investment advice, or guarantee that exchange rates are exact. The figures in Wallance are only as accurate as what you enter.

2. Your account

You can use Wallance as a guest or with an account tied to your email address. You sign in with one-time codes sent to that address, so keep access to your email secure. Guest data is tied to the guest session; add an email address to keep it when you change phones. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Trial, subscriptions and payments

  • New users get a free trial period, shown in the app. When it ends, the app stays readable and some features need a subscription. Your data is not deleted.
  • Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store and renew automatically until cancelled. What each subscription includes and its price are shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy.
  • Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's rules; cancel in your iPhone's subscription settings. We will not reduce what you have already paid for during the current period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or its servers: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or get around subscriptions or payment.

5. Ending your use

You can stop using Wallance and delete your account in the app at any time; see the privacy policy for how your data is then handled. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Wallance available and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on figures in the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Wallance in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
